PTA Reduces Registration Fee for older iphones in Pakistan.

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has decided to reduce the registration charge for older iPhones, which is good news for iPhone customers in Pakistan. This action was taken when the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) lowered taxes on Apple iPhones.

The PTA wants to make registering older iPhones simpler and more economical for people. Those who own older iPhone models can take advantage of this reduction in registration fees because it applies to all iPhone models, not just the most recent ones.

Two methods—one based on a passport and the other based on a CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)—are available for a lower registration fee. Users can select the option that corresponds with their identification documents as a result.

The choice to reduce the registration costs is a good one for Pakistani iPhone users. It guarantees that they won’t have to worry about incurring too much debt to continue using their iPhones. Additionally, it demonstrates the PTA’s readiness to modify its policies in response to shifting market conditions and governmental directives.
