He had been associated with the Lufthansa Group for a long time, but this was his first time working as a member of the cabin crew, so it was a really eye-opening experience. The jobs Ritter was given on board were both exciting and difficult, and they included dealing with unforeseen problems like differences between menu cards and actual meals. He praised the inviting nature of the cabin crew and mentioned how much he enjoyed helping passengers, stressing how the experience will affect his decision-making as CEO.
